Online orders are packed using Thermogard thermal protection, helping keep your products cooler and better protected while they make their way to your door. The bread doesn't need to arrive frozen solid – the purpose is to help protect it from temperature extremes during transit. Customers can then pop it into the freezer when it arrives.

- Cut off time for same day dispatch is at 07:00am
- South Island orders dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
- In some instances customers request specific delivery dates, we will endeavour to deliver as close to this date as possible but due to the nature of orders and customer location, we cannot guarantee to meet your request.
- If you were unavailable to sign for an item when the courier arrived, or if the item does not require a signature and a safe place could not be found to leave it, they will leave a ‘Parcel for you’ card to arrange redelivery or collection.
