One way to make sure your Pizza’s are super yummy is to make your own Tomato Sauce. It takes a little longer, but your Pizzas will taste that much better. If you’re tempted, we’ve added a simple tomato sauce recipe at the bottom of this page.

  • Cooked minced Beef, or Turkey Tomatoes diced

  • Olive oil and garlic base
  • Spinach

  • Black olives (Kalamata)
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Sprinkle of Oregano

Simple Pizza Sauce

  • One 400g tin Crushed tomatoes
  • 150g Tomato Paste
  • 4 Garlic cloves sliced thin or crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • A splash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper (to your liking)

Combine the Crushed tomatoes, Tomato Paste, and Garlic in a pot and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring regularly. Add the other ingredients, and reduce to a fairly thick spreadable consistency. The longer this takes, the more flavoursome your sauce will be.
